My principles

🚀
What ships matters more than what’s perfect

Beautiful design artifacts are great, but progress is better

🧠
Make intentional decisions

Cultivate spaces of trust and collect diverse perspectives, and then use them to sharpen ideas

📐
Measurement as intervention

As P. Drucker famously said – "What gets measured gets managed, and what gets managed gets done"

🔗
No feature in isolation

Every screen starts with the flow around it, so the product works as one whole.
